Christina Ropp, LMHC – Owner & Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Christina is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida and the owner of Wild Thistle Therapy. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2011 and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2014. As a former military spouse, Christina has traveled and lived all over the world before moving to Navarre, Florida in 2017, and then back again to stay in 2024. She specializes in working with adults facing challenges with childhood trauma, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress, and PTSD. She is certified in EMDR (Level 1) and integrates evidence-based therapies such as parts-work and Schema Therapy techniques to empower clients to heal and thrive.
